Stayed here during our trip, it was a perfectly pleasant experience. the hotel was just off an alley filled with cigarette butts. - Moscone Center and Union Square, in San Francisco for 8 days for a business trip.

was a wonderful base for trip. every detail of this quirky property was brand-new. the room was compact and it was clean. the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. the location in a great area was favourable and comfortable. truly enjoyed to hang out in the center, it's not too far from the hotel.

The location was particularly good, close to downtown, and the bed comfortable. We stopped by Blue Bottle Cafe for coffee and treats, it was not too far away from the hotel.

The location was magnificent near the park and city center. Everyone was very nice and helpful. the brand-new room was compact and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was one of my most pleasant stays in a long time.

I got great value for my money at Hotel 964. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. The location was also excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the offerings.

The room at Hotel 964 was exactly what I expected and the smart TV was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even holding onto my bags until the afternoon on my checkout day.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
